Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible orthopaedic trauma surgeon to join two orthopaedic trauma surgeons in its hospital-employed orthopaedic surgery group. Call responsibilities will be seven days of orthopaedic trauma call per month at a Level 1 trauma center with daily protected operating room time for orthopaedic trauma cases. Successful candidates will have completed an OTA-accredited orthopaedic trauma fellowship and will have institutional support to cultivate an elective subspecialty practice if so desired. Midlevel support exists to handle ER consults and reductions/splinting, inpatient rounding, and post-op visits. Successful candidates will be proficient in high-energy trauma, periarticular fractures, pelvic/acetabulum fractures, geriatric/periprosthetic fractures, and management of osteomyelitis/nonunions. This is a full-time employed position with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience.
